Utilizing Our Services: We offer our services to low-income individuals in southeast Michigan, accessible either in person at our clinics or via telephone as follows:

In Person: Our volunteer attorneys are available every Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the CLASM Pontiac location situated within All Saints Episcopal Church in Pontiac, Michigan at 171 W. Pike Street. Additionally, there is a clinic at Most Holy Redeemer Church, located at 1721 Junction Ave., Detroit. If you wish to use our Junction Ave. site, please tell us when you fill out this form, and someone will phone you with specific dates and times for our counseling session at this location.

Phone: To schedule a consultation, please complete the form below and ensure you agree to the terms by checking the consent box before submitting. Following your submission, we will contact you to arrange a discussion with an attorney. Should you require assistance in a language other than English, it is imperative that you provide your own interpreter, whom we can accommodate in a conference telephone call or on a ZOOM meeting.

  • Our volunteers may offer to pray with you during your counseling session. You are not required to pray with us, and you do not have to be a Christian to receive our help. This a one-time, limited legal counseling session at no charge to you. You will be provided with limited information and assistance for your legal issues. We do not have an obligation to follow up with you or to represent you legally after your session ends. Our advice is limited by our knowledge and the information you provide at the session. If we provide any follow-up services, we will discuss that with you separately.
What you tell us will not be shared with anyone outside of CLASM without your permission. However, unless you tell us otherwise, you agree that we may discuss this information with others in order to provide advice, referral, or service, including the disclosure of personal or confidential records.
